Bankruptcy Court for the District of Massachusetts has established certain
deadlines for parties wishing to submit counteroffers for or file
objections to Toysmart.com's proposed private sale of certain equipment,
including telecommunications equipment and computer equipment, as well as
furnishings located at the company's former corporate headquarters in
Waltham, MA. The deadline for filing counteroffers or objections to the
private sale is September 6, 2000. A hearing is scheduled before the
Honorable Carol J. Kenner on September 13, 2000. Parties wishing further
information regarding the proposed private sale should contact counsel to
