Because the bankruptcy trustee was represented by the same attorney who represented the debtor in a civil action which was property of the bankruptcy estate, the district court did not err in declining to allow the debtor to amend her petition to add the bankruptcy trustee as a party.

Unilateral post-petition bookkeeping entries by a creditor did not implicate Bankruptcy Code § 362(a)(3), when accruals of amounts were in no manner communicated to the debtor, the debtor's other creditors, the bankruptcy court, nor any third party.
