1st Cir. The bankruptcy court did not abuse its discretion in declining to reopen a bankruptcy case to adjudicate a property tax payment dispute related to the purchase of the subject property from a Chapter 7 estate.  The bankruptcy court did not have exclusive jurisdiction over such a dispute and acted within its discretion in abstaining in favor of a State tribunal.

A creditor who repossesses a car from a Florida debtor shortly before the debtor's bankruptcy filing is not required to return the vehicle to the debtor after the bankruptcy filing, since the repossession divested the debtor's of ownership interests in the vehicle thereby precluding the the debtor from asserting that the debtor was exercising control over property of the debtor in violation of the automatic stay.
