VersusLaw

VersusLaw is a web-based, full text searchable case law database covering opinions all federal Circuit Courts, all 50 States, and a few federal district courts.

It is very reasonably priced (i.e., less than $10/month).  While it lacks many of the bells and whistles of LEXIS and WestLaw, for the money it is an excellent value, and is a very productive place to begin rough research.
